Subterranean
Data Storage begins business, starting on our first
prototype vault. Testing of the prototype is completed
in 1994 and the unit is installed in the ground in the
fall of 1996. Temperature and humidity readings to this
day. In 1997, John Adcock
joins the company as President. He takes over day to
day operations and planning. |

The Company
Officers decide to investigate electronic data storage,
or e-vaulting. A separate division and service, True
e-vaulting, is established. Research begins on how
to integrate an e-vaulting server into the vault, and
which
backup platform and hardware to use.

Evaluation of e-vaulting
software and hardware platform is completed. In the
third week of February, SDS goes online and starts actively
seeking customers, aggressively pursuing the markets
in Lewiston, ID & Clarkston, WA and Moscow, ID and
Pullman, WA. |

Following our
business and marketing plans, Subterranean Data Storage
Co., LLC opens a new office in Vancouver, WA in order
to more effectively pursue the Portland/Vancouver markets. |

Anticipated
release of the new backup platform which will allow
greater control over the backup procedure from SDS'
Lewiston office. The greatest asset of the new software,
however, is its ability to backup open files.
